Online Returns
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your SinlessLife Jewelry, we will accept returns of items within 15 days from the date of receipt.
A credit for the purchase price of the returned item will be issued if you return the piece in its original condition and enclose the original packing slip.
If for some reason your original packing slip is not available, please include the following information with your returned item:
- order number
- billing name
- billing address
Items should be securely packed in the original box, if possible.
For defective or incorrect orders, please indicate the problem on your packing slip and we will reimburse you for the cost of shipping the item back to us. Shipping charges are non-refundable for exchanges, returns or for any other reasons.
All returns will be credited to the original form of payment within 10 business days of our receipt of your returned product.
Packages should be shipped through a traceable method such as UPS or Insured Parcel Post. Please be sure to keep the Return Tracking Number.
